Torsten Heiner

From 1983 until 1988 reading law at Free University of Berlin with special focus on commercial law and corporation law.

In 1988 passed first state examination.
1988 until 1991 junior lawyer in the Court of Appeal district of Celle (Lower Saxony).

Passed second state examination with distinction in July 1991.

Joined the bar in 1991 for Regional Court of Hannover and District Court of Celle. Started as attorney in chambers practicing in general law.

In 1994 set up offices concentrating on civil law, with specialization in labour, commercial and corporation law.

In December 2002 simultaneously admitted to the bar for District Court of Celle.

In May 1997 appointed notary-public for the Court of Appeal district of Celle.

Member of the German Attorney Society, Berlin.
